A three-bedroom apartment designed in a modern, contemporary style for a very special woman with a fascinating life story and a young, cool taste. The design combines classic black, white and concrete gray contrasts softened with warm textures such as smoky parquet, rust-colored work surface and brass details in the lighting. Strong burgundy, turquoise and orange color stains are embedded in the textiles, iron shelves and wall art. Integrated with a lot of green they put the unconventional feel into the apartment and make it colorful, happy and inviting – like its landlady. The custom-designed carpentry units includes a wardrobe with transparent fronts in the bedroom and a storage unit in the hallway which transforms it from an unnecessary space to a useful and unique entry. The furniture items were all chosen in thin, light lines that maintain an airy feeling in the small apartment where every corner is carefully utilized.
